Counter-Terrorism Unit
The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Counter-Terrorism Unit receives, evaluates and investigates all complaints that may be related to terrorist activity within the County.  

The Montgomery County Detective Bureau works closely with the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force to investigate terror-related complaints.  The FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) is comprised of multiple agencies including the US Secret Service (USSS), the U..S Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP), and numerous other federal, state and local law enforcement agencies.

Any suspected terrorist activity should be immediately reported to your local police department.  The police will provide the necessary immediate response, as well as notify the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office and Montgomery County Detectives.
